Our HQ (Karlsruhe) location is looking for a highly motivated and results driven VIE LOGISTICS PROCESSES & DIGITALIZATION ENGINEER to join our team! The VIE will provide support to overall logistics process improvements during tendering phase up to SOP (Start of Production) of each project. Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement: support the improvement of ways of working, KPIs and reporting, and run process improvement training for team members and senior stakeholders Optimize intralogistics: analyze and improve intralogistics processes in our plants, and review and approve layout plans Support Motherson Efficiency Systems (MSES): help roll out MSES (Logistics) in the plants and support MSES and Internal Control Basics (ICB) audits Boost plant performance: work cross-functionally to increase productivity and support under-performing plants Shape our Smart Factory strategy: work with IT and Engineering to embed digitalization, automation and real-time visibility into logistics improvement projects Contribute to global processes: gather and clarify business requirements and ideas for improving global processes, and support budget preparation

Candidate Requirements:

*Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or IT. *Ideally a professional experience in project management. *Data analysis oriented, accuracy with numbers, agility with digital tools
