Job Description

You are joining our Risk, Compliance & Internal Control team, which is looking for a Internal control and compliance, for a V.I.E. 12 months from November 2026.
The VIE Internal control and compliance Its mission and main objective is to verify compliance with all the AIFM's internal policies and procedures and to regularly assess their adequacy in relation to the Company's organizational and operational structure supervised by the Compliance Officer.
With a European dimension, the Compliance function consists in particular of intervening in the following activities:
* Provide senior management with reports to improve operational processes
* Provide senior management with advice to ensure effective, sound and prudent management of the company's activities
* Control the existence, design and implementation of the control system
* Assess the effectiveness of the control system
* Managing quarterly reporting to investors
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in each country where the Company operates
* Develop the control activity through the identification of best practices, as well as change support within the framework of strengthening the internal control system

Main activities:
* Internal Control
* Sampling: Select according to certain criteria defined during the development of the control plan a sample of files/items/processes to be controlled.
* Determination of control points: identify the most relevant control points according to the type of control to be carried out.
* Information collection: Solicit the various operational and functional departments in order to collect the information and documents necessary for controls.
* Process control: Participate in the execution of the control plan for all activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
* Analysis of results: Analyze the results of the checks carried out and prepare the reports for presentation to the Compliance Committee. Risk and Internal Control.
* Review of the non-compliance risk mapping.
* Financial security
* Processing of PEP alerts, International sanctions.
* Assistance in the creation of KYC files.
* Contribute to projects and initiatives to strengthen the system.
* Ethics and deontology
* Ensure proper oversight of non-compliance risks related to staff ethics and professional conduct.
* Monitoring of specific control mechanisms (personal conflicts of interest, personal transactions, gifts, external mandates and activities, circulation of confidential and privileged information, etc.).
* ESG
* Analysis and development of indicators for monitoring ESG risks during investment processes.
* Setting up a second-level checkpoint.
* Assist in the review and development of the ESG system.
* Work with the Tier 1 teams to review data collection, analysis and documentation of ESG documents received during investments.
* Reporting
* Participation in the various committees.
* Assistance in drafting regulatory reports.
