As part of the UNIFY Global Finance Transformation Program, you will support the rollout of a new digital finance model across multiple countries.
This VIE position is an excellent opportunity for a young graduate to gain hands-on experience in:
* Finance transformation,
* Business process harmonization,
* Digital tools deployment (SAP),
* International project coordination.
You will work in a multicultural and fast-evolving global environment, in close collaboration with Finance, Digital and Deployment teams worldwide.

Your Role

As a Finance Transformation Administrator, you will support the design, deployment and governance of Finance Personas.
A Finance Persona defines:
* what a finance user does,
* which business processes they are involved in,
* what system access and training they need.
Your role is to help ensure that these personas are well-defined, consistently deployed and correctly implemented across countries and entities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Persona Design & Governance

You will:
* Follow and manage changes to Finance Personas linked to new system functionalities, local requirements, new business processes or user feedback
* Prepare and coordinate reviews of proposed changes with global finance process owners
* Work with digital teams to ensure approved updates are correctly implemented

2. Deployment Support (Countries & Entities)

You will support the rollout of Finance Personas during deployments by:
* Preparing presentation materials and documentation
* Organizing meetings and coordinating stakeholders
* Supporting kick-off sessions and answering questions related to personas and expectations
* Assisting local finance teams in mapping personas to end users
* Tracking deployment progress and sharing regular status updates
* Following up on open topics and escalating issues when needed

3. System Access & User Coordination (SAP)

You will:
* Coordinate with change management and digital teams to ensure users receive the correct system access
* Support the resolution of access issues and follow up with stakeholders
* Contribute to a smooth go-live and post-deployment support phase

4. Support to Existing Countries (Post Go-Live)

You will:
* Support updates of Finance Personas already used in live countries
* Ensure consistency of persona deployment across all countries, business models and finance templates

Education

* Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

Experience

* First experience through internships, apprenticeships
* Exposure to finance processes, ERP systems or digital projects is a plus

Skills & Mindset

* Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Clear communicator, structured and detail-oriented
* Curious, proactive and eager to learn
* Comfortable working in an international and changing environment
