CONTEXT OPMobility is looking for VIE to help in the deployment of the OP Excellence System by developing Lean methods, digital tools, and training materials to enhance performance and spread a continuous improvement culture across all plants. With a regional scope (Americas, including the US, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil), the following missions will be given to the VIE : RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and deploy Lean methods and tools to strengthen industrial performance in new programs and support Lean culture across plants. * Develop and deploy training materials, Lean games, and digital tools (MOOCs, videos, best practice databases) to educate and engage the Industrial Community. * Animate and grow the Industrial / Lean Community in collaboration with the Manufacturing Excellence team. * Benchmark and share best practices between regions and plants to accelerate performance convergence. * Support the deployment of the OP Excellence Handbook across all Business Groups. * Contribute to the digital transformation of manufacturing through Power BI, PowerApps, and new technologies

Candidate Requirements:

PROFILE Personal Background * Master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar * First experience in an industrial company would be an asset * You are open-minded, curious about other cultures, and able to adapt to various stakeholders Technical Skills * First experience in Continuous Improvement * Experience coordinating digital projects/tools in industrial settings * Capacity to work within an international team * Capacity to introduce new ways of looking, creative ideas with the capacity to put in practice. * Fluent English WHY JOIN OPMOBILITY AS A VIE * You will receive a thorough and specific training, in addition to support your growth from D1 * You will join a team as an active team member and tackle projects with real added value * The HR team will conduct a frequent follow-up to ensure of your good integration * We aim to retain performing VIEs at the end of their assignment * We offer local language classes to support your integration in the country
