Your role

Are you inquisitive with analytical and risk-aware mindset to solve day-to-day process problems? Do you know how to get the words out? We are looking for someone like this to:

* Ensure Completeness, Accuracy and Timeliness requirements for our Investment banking securities trades matching cross Equities and Fixed Income. This includes daily exceptions management of trades confirmations and client satisfaction, also ensuring appropriate escalation of items.
* Actively and continually provide ideas and execute on process improvements in the exception management and data quality of submission to clients
* Be the subject matter expert in all team activities and support teams and peripheral stakeholders.
* Client-oriental, as first point of contact for internal and / or external business partners, clients, account managers and relationship managers within a highly regulated environment
* Seek to deliver a best in class client experience, using innovative approaches to identify and address client needs
* you are appraised on your performance after 6 weeks training and have chance to receive our FTE offer in advance.

Your team

While based full time in Wuxi/Shanghai, you'll be working in a global team responsible for functions supporting. In our collaborative culture, the team works closely with a number of other teams to ensure UBS's obligations are met. You will work with people from all walks of life making this team diverse, sharing ideas and experiences to achieve common goals. The team support the Investment Banking securities businesses covering global markets and institutional clients. The team works closely with front to back office regionally and globally for managing internal and external client queries, trades allocation, confirmation exceptions and account opening. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.

Your expertise

Qualifications And Skills

* Bachelor's degree or above. We welcome applicants from every degree subject; we see this as an opportunity to find out more about you.
* Good verbal and written communicator in English, minimum CET-6 required, or equivalent English proficiency test result
* Basic understanding of Securities / Investment Bank industry, relevant certification or working experience preferred
* Knowledge of data tools and analytics platform such as MS Office 365. Working knowledge with Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, Python are preferred
* Other valuable skills such as Japanese language proficiency, project management, social media content creation.
