Job Description:

​​As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice for our Global Strategic Marketing team, in Paris, you will play a key role in supporting early careers recruitment and employer branding initiatives across Digital, Marketing, and Technology functions. You will contribute to building strong university partnerships, managing recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, and ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

​You will also participate in supporting Talent Management & Development Projects

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and University Relations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proactive mindset with attention to detail and candidate-centric approach
* Ideally, this would be a 2-year apprenticeship contract, with a preferred schedule of 2-3 weeks in the company and 1 week at university.
