YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES What You'll Do * Act as the business point of contact for a portfolio management tool with various stakeholders (business teams, IT, transformation) * Train and ensure all users have a correct use of the tool * Manage tool accesses (manage the licenses granted, accesses to be revoked…) * Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs related to tool enhancements * Prioritize change requests in line with the roadmap and strategic priorities * Contribute to defining and monitoring the product roadmap in coordination with project teams * Ensure alignment between tool functionalities and users' operational needs * Participate actively in design, testing (UAT), and validation phases of new features * Monitor usage and performance KPIs to identify improvement opportunities * Support the rollout of new features (communication, user support, documentation) * Facilitate the user community and collect feedback * Contribute to change management activities related to the Nova tool YOUR PROFILE Who You Are: Technical and Professional Skills: Currently pursuing a Bac +5 (Business School or Master's Degree from a University). Analytical and synthesis capabilities, with an understanding of business needs. Proficiency in collaborative tools and the Office Suite. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Interpersonal Skills: Proven interpersonal skills with high-level stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal abilities: listening, empathy, assertiveness, team spirit. Sense of organization and prioritization. Autonomy, independence, organization, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Rigor and method.
