Job Description
You are joining a team that is looking for a CRM & AI Project Manager for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
Watch & Innovation around AI applied to CRM
* Identify technological innovations for integrating AI agents into our CRM;
* Conduct watchdog on AI use cases (sales assistants, automatic report generation, scoring, recommendations, task automation, etc.);
* Propose opportunities for optimizing commercial processes through AI.
Launch and Deployment of AI Agents
* Contribute to the functional requirements framing;
* Participate in the configuration of AI agents;
* Test deployed solutions;
* Support deployment with sales teams;
* Formalize user guides and support materials.
Facilitation of Workshops with Front Office
* Prepare workshops (agenda, materials, use cases);
* Participate in needs gathering workshops;
* Formalize meeting minutes and action plans;
* Ensure follow-up on decisions made.
CRM Adoption Management
* Define and monitor adoption indicators;
* Track commercial performance indicators related to CRM;
* Produce synthetic reports for management;
* Identify improvement levers.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at BAC+4/5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in data, digital, innovation, or transformation. You have a strong appetite for AI and new technologies. You have a good understanding of CRM tools. You possess data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent). You are recognized for your logical thinking, your rigor, and your curiosity. You have a good ability to adapt to multidisciplinary tasks and are autonomous. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
