Job Description

You will join our Research and Strategy team, which is looking for a Research & Strategy Analyst for a one-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Monitor and concisely present economic and real estate trends, and identify trends affecting real estate markets in the short and medium term;
* Prepare market analysis for the investment committee in the context of new acquisitions/disposals and financing in France and Europe;
* Prepare and process databases provided by our service providers or available as open data. Attend economic and real estate conferences to follow trends;
* Participate in the development of sectoral studies (office, retail, logistics, residential markets) or thematic studies (ESG, financial markets, etc.) in English and French;
* Work within an international team, located in London and Paris.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student with a BAC+4/5 level, pursuing a degree in real estate, finance, economics, urban planning, or statistics.
You have excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
You possess impeccable writing skills in French, ensuring clarity and precision in your communications.
You are comfortable using AI and have a good understanding of its potential.
Knowledge of data processing or presentation software (Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, etc.) would be a welcome plus.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
