Apprentice PMO & Data Analyst

Job Description:

Role Overview

As an Apprentice PMO & Data Analyst, you will work directly with the Direct Purchase Performance Manager. You will bridge the gap between community animation/events (promoting the Purchase Center of Excellence's impact across process, people, and tools) and data analytics (building precise dashboards that directly boost operational performance).

Key Responsibilities

1. PMO & Community Animation (50%)

* Event Management: Plan, organize and host synergy moments and global events to showcase CoE tools, processes and methodologies. (Purchase Sharing Moment, Purchase Camp, Purchase team meeting, Workshops)
* Community Engagement: Animate the purchase network through regular updates, best-practice sharing, and interactive communication to drive process adoption. (Purchase website, purchase newsletter)
* Governance & Tracking: Assist in tracking project roadmaps, key milestones.

2. Data Analytics & Dashboarding (50%)

* Dashboard Creation & Update: With the support of the digital team, drive the dashboard implementation for the whole community & for top management
* Performance Insights: Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to surface cost-reduction opportunities and support fact-based decision-making
