En tant qu'alternant.e automatisation livraison agile au sein de notre équipe Digital Manufacturing, tu vas participer à la transformation de la manière dont nos équipes livrent des solutions digitales, en exploitant l'automatisation et l'IA pour éliminer les inefficacités et déployer les pratiques agiles à l'échelle du réseau manufacturing mondial de Sanofi. Principales responsabilités :

* Participer au déploiement et à la configuration de l'automatisation des flux de travail
* Prendre part à la mise en place d'assistants alimentés par l'IA
* Contribuer à la conception et à la construction de structures de connaissances automatisées dans notre plateforme de collaboration d'équipe qui capturent, organisent et mettent en avant automatiquement les bonnes pratiques et les enseignements
* Soutenir plusieurs équipes produits dépourvues de coachs Agile ou de Scrum Masters dédiés, en fournissant un soutien transversal aux processus et en veillant au bon déroulement des cérémonies Agile et des flux de travail
* Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de livraison de Digital Manufacturing en identifiant les goulots d'étranglement, en proposant des solutions d'automatisation et en mesurant leur impact sur l'efficacité de l'équipe
* Collaborer avec des équipes transversales du réseau Digital Manufacturing pour comprendre leurs besoins, co-concevoir des solutions et assurer l'adoption des outils et processus que vous contribuez à développer

À propos de toi

* Compétences techniques et relationnelles : autonomie, proactivité, esprit analytique. Connaissance en gestion de projet, outils collaboratifs et méthode de travails agiles. Appétence pour l'IA
* Éducation : bac+5 en informatique ou en ingénierie digitale
* Langues : anglais courant

Main responsibilities:

* Participate in the deployment and the configuration of workflow automation
* Take part in implementing AI-powered assistants
* Contribute to designing and building automated knowledge structures in our team collaboration platform that automatically capture, organize, and surface best practices and learnings

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Digital Manufacturing network to understand their needs, co-design solutions, and ensure adoption of the tools and processes you help build

About you

* Soft and technical skills: proactive mindset, analytical thinking, autonomous. Interest in AI tools and agile ways of working. Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.
* Education: master's degree in computer science or digital engineering
* Languages: fluent in English
