Apprentice - Steel Making and Finishing

Job Description:

The Global and European Procurement Organization of ArcelorMittal (EPO) manages a wide portfolio of commodities and services at global level: our team covers all the products and services needed by our plants, including raw materials, industrial services, industrial equipment, spares and maintenance, as well as capital expenditure items, energy, by-products and logistics.
We are looking for an Apprentice to join our Steel Making and Finishing team based in Paris for a 12 month apprenticeship contract.
Responsibilities:
* Support sourcing and procurement activities for the different categories.
* Assist with market research, supplier benchmarking, and monitoring industry trends.
* Help collect market information and support supply risk tracking.
* Maintain supplier pricing information, databases, and contract documentation.
* Support the preparation and follow-up of agreements and service level tracking.
* Assist in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring accurate procurement data.
* Participate in supplier communication, quality follow-up, and review meetings.
* Help to identify potential cost-saving opportunities across product portfolios.
* Support KPI tracking, reporting, and preparation of presentations for internal stakeholders.
Profile Required:
* Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
* Good analytical and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Excel and standard Office tools.
* Interest in procurement and supplier management.
* Fluency in French and English is required. Proficiency in any other language is a plus
