Job Description

You will join our RFP-International team, composed of 12 people in Paris and London, which is looking for a Tender and DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaires) Officer, for a 1-year work-study program starting in September/October 2026.
You will be under the responsibility of the Expert Leader and in contact with all the asset management departments of different group companies, including: portfolio management, analysis, middle office, finance, legal, compliance, risk, reporting, client service, communication, strategy, trading, sales teams...
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* You will contribute to the preparation of responses to tenders and other questionnaires. Writing and/or editing content according to the audience;
* You will review the accuracy, consistency, clarity, relevance, and persuasiveness of the responses;
* You will work with the various management companies and development offices worldwide to complete the questionnaire and have it reviewed for compliance;
* You will use and contribute to the development of our cloud-based tools;
* You will keep the client relationship tool updated.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Bac+5 level student, you are pursuing a university degree or business school diploma, specializing in Asset Management.

You master the tools of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

You have a sense of priorities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, are attentive to detail, and have the ability to manage complex projects.

You should demonstrate autonomy while also enjoying teamwork.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
