Job Description:
* Effectively manage and process complaints and Vigilance reports , which includes performing daily tasks associated with process including collaborating with internal stakeholders.
* Collecting necessary complaint.
* Performing follow up with the customer (written)
* Determining reportability of complaints
* Creating associate Regulatory reports (eg; MDRs) per regulations
* Evaluating complaints for need to investigate and coordinating sample retrieval
* Responding to customer complaints (written)
* Timely closure of complaints, as per procedure.
* Effectively manage workflow, identifying issues
* Participate in continuous improvement, efforts and projects, as assigned
* Education:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required
* Required skills:
* Good Communication Skills in English (written and verbal)
* Capable of working in highly-regulated environment
* Proficient with basics in MS -OFFICE
