Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs in the preparation and cooking of Indian cuisine.
* Prepare ingredients, maintain mise en place, and support daily kitchen operations.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
* Follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and guidance from senior chefs.
* Learn and develop culinary skills while contributing to smooth kitchen operations.
Eligibility:
* Freshers or candidates pursuing/completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts.
* Passion for Indian cuisine and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Ready to join immediately will be preferred
