Apprentice

Job Description:

The Governance Monitoring Apprentice will support the Governance Monitoring team in enhancing and maintaining analytics and control frameworks within the KYC / EDD program. This role is designed for a candidate with strong data and technical skills who is interested in applying automation, data analysis, and visualization techniques to improve control monitoring and reporting processes

Candidate Requirements:

* Recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

* Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.

* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Interest in risk, compliance, governance, or financial services is a plus.

Learning Outcomes

* Hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance analytics.

* Exposure to enterprise-level data systems, reporting frameworks, and control environments.

* Practical experience in automation, dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making.
