Job Description:

What you'll do:

We are looking for an EDI Apprentice to support day-to-day EDI operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning EDI processes, SAP integrations, and business-to-business communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with EDI transaction monitoring and basic issue tracking.
* Help maintain EDI documentation and process records.
* Work with SAP and EDI teams to resolve routine issues.
* Participate in testing and validation of EDI transactions.
* Learn EDI standards and business processes.
* Coordinate with Business users on EDI issues

Qualifications:

* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

* Basic understanding of ERP's, databases, and business applications.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn EDI, SAP, and supply chain processes
