Job Summary:**

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies within Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Support the HSE team in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
* Assist in developing and delivering HSE training programs for employees.
* Monitor and inspect work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
* Help maintain accurate HSE records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection checklists.
* Participate in the development and review of HSE policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with various departments to promote a strong safety culture.
* Assist with the implementation of environmental initiatives and waste management programs.
* Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
* Strong interest in HSE principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Knowledge of local HSE regulations is a plus.
