What you'll do:
* Coordinate daily commercial and administrative tasks.
* Arrange travel, raise and approve purchase orders, and manage travel-related administration.
* Prepare meeting materials, Excel spreadsheets, and create PowerPoint presentations.
* Support and coordinate events and meetings.
* Monitor projects and business topics, ensuring progress is tracked.
* Assist with reporting and controlling processes by maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
* Support onboarding and offboarding activities for local associates
