Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer

Job Description:

Equans is looking for an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Slough on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer, you'll support communication between residents, clients, and our site team - ensuring that everyone is well-informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the delivery of improvement works and building projects. You'll be a key part of maintaining Equans' reputation for quality and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Resident Liaison Officer and site team in maintaining strong communication with residents, keeping them informed about project timelines, works schedules, and updates.
* Support residents during refurbishment or maintenance projects, providing timely responses to any questions or concerns.
* Attend resident meetings, site visits, and community engagement events to represent Equans positively.
* Help record resident feedback and update tracking systems in line with company procedures.
* Coordinate access arrangements, appointments, and special support requirements for residents.
* Ensure resident homes are treated with care and respect throughout all works.

No previous experience is required - full training and mentoring will be provided as part of your apprenticeship.
