Site Manufacturing Apprentice

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and improve workflow in the assembly area to enhance productivity.

* Review and propose layout optimizations for better space utilization.

* Conduct cycle time studies and identify opportunities for reduction.

* Support production organization improvements to streamline operations.

* Implement and sustain 5S principles to improve workplace organization and visual management.

* Up date of standard work instruction.

* Contribute to strategies for MOD (Manpower) utilization optimization.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (8D, Ichikawa methodology)

* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, line balancing

* Proficient in MS Office required; knowledge of AutoCAD tools is an advantage.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
