TRADE MARKETING GRADUATE (ACTIVATION):

As a Graduate in the Trade Marketing Activations team, you'll work to create impactful point-of-sale (POS) activations in order to increase brand & product visibility and drive sales in all relevant On Premise segments (like: bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, catering and fitness accounts) worldwide.
From developing innovative communication, price and promotion strategies to crafting tailored content for key customers and supporting local markets, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in the various segments. You'll uncover trends, collaborate with creative agencies, and ensure all activations align with Red Bull's premium image.

TRADE MARKETING GRADUATE (SEGMENT):

Are you ready to kickstart your career in a global Trade Marketing role? As an International On Premise Trade Marketing Graduate, you'll support the development of strategies for key foodservice segments like LSR (Limited-Service Restaurants) and Catering. You'll play a hands-on role in creating marketing initiatives for top global accounts, designing concepts to attract and grow partnerships, and driving sales by leveraging the power of the Red Bull brand.
From crafting customer marketing plans to analyzing activation performance, sharing best practices, and creating compelling presentations, you'll be at the forefront of building sustainable partnerships with key players in the market. You will work closely with the Key Account team to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategies that drive success. You're a recent Graduate or you'll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.

You've gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You're a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
*
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
