It's about exciting projects in product, program or change management and digitisation or transformation. At the end of the program, choose a challenging fixed position amongst our open jobs. This can be a position as a project manager, people manager, or as an expert. Or use the acquired experience and extend your journey with a new mission at the non-profit organisation TADA, which provides education to vulnerable children. This is all up to you! Personality questionnaire and reasoning tests: to assess your skills and logic. Graduate Night - 10/14: a friendly event where you can meet our teams and find out more about our environment. One week post 'Graduate Night': shortlisted candidates take part in an HR interview and a business game, both via Teams. Business case presentation: in our offices, for final selection. Collaboration proposal: after this stage, successful candidates will receive an offer to start work in September 2026.
