In the first 4 months you will be immersed in the core of insurance business: look around, ask questions, meet employees and discover the heart of our activities where we live up to our purpose - 'protecting what matters to our customers'. Afterwards you are ready to take on two challenging, more strategic assignments, each in a different department. It's about exciting projects in product, program or change management and digitisation or transformation. At the end of the program, choose a challenging fixed position amongst our open jobs. This can be a position as a project manager, people manager, or as an expert. Or use the acquired experience and extend your journey with a new mission at the non-profit organisation TADA, which provides education to vulnerable children. This is all up to you! Are you… someone who likes to take the lead, to step out of his/her comfort zone and eager to learn and experience? in possession (soon) of a master's degree (any master's degree is welcome with us, the more diversity, the better)? Or a recent graduate (with max. 2 years' experience)? a Dutch or French speaker with a good knowledge of the second language and fluent in English. Personality questionnaire and reasoning tests: to assess your skills and logic. Graduate Night - 10/14: a friendly event where you can meet our teams and find out more about our environment. One week post 'Graduate Night': shortlisted candidates take part in an HR interview and a business game, both via Teams. Business case presentation: in our offices, for final selection. Collaboration proposal: after this stage, successful candidates will receive an offer to start work in September 2026.
