​Your impact:

As a Junior Auditor in Financial Services, you'll make an impact by:

* Cultivating a strong drive to learn and grow while contributing to PwC's purpose of building trust in society through transparent and high-quality audit work.

* Collaborating as a dependable and flexible team member, capable of organizing work efficiently to support seamless teamwork and effective delivery.

* Ensuring that financial and non-financial information accurately reflects the reality of how companies operate, enabling stakeholders, such as shareholders, investors, supervisors, etc to make informed decisions.

* Identifying key risks faced by clients, including the impact of a challenging macroeconomic and geopolitical environment, as well as evolving ESG factors.

* Building meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure audit excellence and a positive client experience.

* Supporting audits that serve a broad range of stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, regulators (e.g. ,NBB, FSMA), group auditors, and other key parties.

* Engaging in various reporting streams, including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and non-financial disclosures such as those required under CSRD.

* Leveraging automation and digital tools to streamline audit processes, allowing you to focus on key risks, complexities, and value-added insights.

* Learning from experts and specialists across departments (IT, valuation, sustainability, tax, and actuarial). You'll also collaborate closely with them, gaining valuable exposure and expanding your internal and external network to support both your professional development and the success of the team.

About you

* You have master's in (applied) economics, accountancy, business economics, business engineering, civil engineering or another discipline with a relevant economic major, possibly via a second master degree - We ask that your degree syllabus includes a solid basic course in accountancy, preferably with a number of financial analysis subjects.

* You are a born team player who likes to take initiative.

* You have a critical, analytical, and open mind.

* You are client-oriented and an outstanding communicator.

* You are eager to keep learning and developing with a view to continued growth.

* You are interested in the financial sector.

* You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good written and spoken knowledge of English.
