THE REAL DEAL
Forget coffee runs and "learning by watching." This is a hands-on leadership role inside one of the most important departments in the hotel.

You'll be in the engine room of operations: Rooms Division, with a heavy focus on Housekeeping. This is where standards are won or lost.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
* Run daily operations - room flow, inspections, priorities
* Handle pressure - VIP arrivals, last-minute chaos, tight deadlines
* Own quality - no shortcuts, no excuses
* Lead people - brief teams, manage performance, motivate under pressure
* Understand the business - productivity, costs, stock, suppliers
* Fix problems fast - guest complaints → solutions, not stories
* Create a place of well-being with the team and colleagues
