Job Description:

* Provide excellent customer service and act as support agent to CB/FI clients on day to day enquiry on payment & cash Management products. * Liaison between TB Helpdesk and various stakeholders; internal and external and various units in Cash Management until resolution of problem. * Support BRM on KYC tasks such as account onboarding, account maintenance and documentation handling for both CB and FI Customers. * Support BRM on FI related admin works. * Support tax payment facilitation to CB customers
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or University's senior students * Good command of English * Computing knowledge & skills * Energetic, positive thinking & learning attitude * Strong passion and high commitment * Experience is not required
