Graduate Intern (Finance)

Job Description:

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

(Contract Duration: 9 - 12 Months)

You will be responsible for:
* performing daily accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and payable, including data entry, billing, and invoice/voucher processing;
* assisting in month-end closing activities and preparing supporting schedules;
* supporting the finance team in day-to-day operational and administrative duties;
* assisting in preparing management reports and business analyses;
* participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and other implementation activities related to the new ERP system; and
* performing any other related general duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

You should:
* be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise;
* possess a recognised university degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline;
* have good analytical problem solving and high learning agility with a growth mindset;
* be proficient in computer applications; and
* be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
