Job Description & Summary
* Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
* Prepare functional design documents, user guides, and training materials.
* Deliver user training sessions and solution demonstrations.
* Collaborate with technical consultants and developers during implementation projects.
* Assist with data migration, solution deployment, and post-go-live support.
