What you´ll do

* Work closely with the Nordic Brand Managers to support the full marketing process from A to Z; you will be included in the first steps of projects, local evaluation and adaptation, execution, and finally the evaluation of launches, in-store, online campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
* Contribute to brand and category analysis, consumer and shopper insights, competitive reviews and trend spotting.
* Support in product launches, creative development, artwork processes and campaign execution, both in-store and online.
* Coordinate 360° marketing activities.
* Assist in preparing management presentations, performance follow-ups and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies and Nordic colleagues.
This is a full time, 12-month paid graduate role. Perfect for someone ready to build a strong career foundation in marketing.

* You are a recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar.
You are also:
* are fluent in English and Finnish.
* are familiar with MS Office package and have good Excel & PowerPoint skills.
* have a natural curiosity and love learning new things
* are open-minded, ambitious and motivated, as well as a strong team player.
* take ownership and proactively find answers when something is unclear.
* enjoy mixing analytical work with creativity.
* are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* above all you have a positive attitude and a high willingness to learn and develop your professional skills.
* are available for 12 months from September 2026.
