Job Description:

What You Will Do

* Assist with training administration tasks, including course setup, reporting, and participant tracking.
* Support learning program coordination, scheduling, and communication with learners.
* Support the design and development of digital learning materials.
* Assist in structuring storyboards and instructional flows.
* Perform content testing and quality checks for eLearning modules (functionality, accessibility, and usability).
* Curate and organize existing learning resources across platforms.
* Research emerging learning tools, trends, and best practices.
* Explore how AI and digital tools can enhance content creation and learner engagement.
* Assist with training administration tasks, including course setup, reporting, and participant tracking.
* Support learning program coordination, scheduling, and communication with learners.
* Help coordinate global learning initiatives and stakeholder communication.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Learning function.

What We Are Looking For

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Analytical and structured thinking; high attention to detail
* Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools
* Basic understanding or interest in Learning & Development concepts
* Comfort with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

* Exposure to eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, etc.)
* Basic multimedia skills (graphic or video editing)
* Familiarity with LMS platforms or learning technology
* Understanding of instructional design principles
* Interest in using AI tools for learning and productivity
