We're looking for a graduate to join our Commercial Graduate Programme ((COMPANY NAME))


In our Commercial Graduate Programme, you'll be coached in the skills you'll need here, whilst challenging and stretching constantly over the period of the two-year scheme with rotations across Sales & Marketing.  You will be fully immersed into the business and will be an integral part of the team, owning and leading initiatives whilst delivering against our business targets in line with strategy.  The role you do will have a direct impact not only on Consumer Healthcare business growth but also our customers and consumers as we put them at the heart of everything we do. This is a hybrid working role where you will be required to attend the office 3 days per week.

What will you do?

* Be a key player in your team working both in the function you are placed in and across multi functions on varied projects
* You will have strong communication skills as depending on function your sited in you will be expected to work directly with our customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership team, as well as external agencies and suppliers
* A successful candidate will need to be agile, have a growth mindset and demonstrate emotional intelligence
* You will be supported and encouraged in your development, both personal and professional but should be driven to own your own development, network, and drive your career focus

The Programme:

Duration:  2 year's

2 placements across (COMPANY NAME) Ireland Sales and Marketing.

Year 1 - Customer Business Executive.

In this role, the successful candidate will be working as part of the Irish Sales Team. You will support the CBM's across multiple accounts across Grocery / Discounters, Wholesale & Convenience. You will work on promotional submissions, forecasting and work closely with our 3rd party sales team to help drive sustainable business growth. You will also support and develop the Irish digital commerce opportunity across all customers.

Year 2 - Customer Marketing Executive

In this role, the successful candidate will be working as part of the Irish Activation Team, leading the customer marketing activation plans across a key category as well as managing a couple of other projects across the team to gain wider exposure in areas such as category management and net revenue management
