Our fast-tracked two-year Outperformer Program is like no other.
​​We're looking for high-performing, multilingual post-graduates, eager to become Hilti's next generation of leaders in our global logistics organization. Hilti's Outperformer Program is a one-of-a-kind global management development traineeship. From day one, you will be immersed in core logistics topics such as demand planning, transport tendering and warehouse operations. You get real responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact. What You'll Bring
(Soon to be) completed master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar field.

Multilingual - fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad.

Internationally mobile, a global mindset, keen on diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad.

A flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.

Performance driven personality with a strong orientation to improve customer experience.

Enthusiastic about driving logistics forward with an entrepreneurial mindset.
