Join Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Graduate Associate and launch your career with the Global Customer Outcomes team in Mexico. As part of our Professional Services organization, you'll work on-site to be a trusted guide supporting customers in realizing value through their digital transformation journey. You'll partner with Implementation Consultants, Product and Solution Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts, and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success.
Over 18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers in the electric vehicle sector. You'll drive the successful adoption of Teamcenter and NX Designcenter, validate system workflows, enable end users, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to grow your technical expertise, understand real-world manufacturing processes, and make a direct impact on digital transformation in the EV space.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the installation, configuration, and validation of Teamcenter and NX Designcenter systems to ensure workflows operate correctly and align with customer requirements
* Work directly with end users to drive adoption of PLM best practices, provide training, and ensure competency across the organization
* Validate process flows against system capabilities and identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for system optimization
* Create user adoption reports and usage metrics to track progress and inform stakeholder decisions
* Identify and escalate product issues, gaps, and enhancement opportunities to Siemens Product Development and Support teams
* Support NX CAD best practices implementation and identify opportunities to expand licensing and tool utilization
* Learn from customer processes and manufacturing workflows to identify expansion opportunities and recommend strategic improvements

Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
* Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE systems and foundational understanding of Product Lifecycle Management tools
* Professional-level English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
* Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork mindset, and excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to deliver clear presentations and think strategically about process improvements
Required (Non-negotiable):
* Must reside in Puebla, Mexico, as this role is fully onsite and requires in-person presence Monday through Friday
Preferred:
* Knowledge of automotive industry processes and manufacturing workflows
* Prior exposure to PLM tools or product lifecycle concepts
* Advanced skills in artificial intelligence or machine learning applications
