We're seeking passionate and ambitious civil, structural, or mechanical engineers to join our Hilti Engineering Leadership Development Program - a unique, fast-track management journey. Requirements

· Master's degree-Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.

· Fluent in English and local language, other languages are a plus.

· International experience through studies, internships, or initial work experience.

· Driving license.

Application & Selection Process

The formal process includes an online interview with our Talent Acquisition Business Partner. From there you will attend interviews with the members of the regional leadership team, a day-in-the-life 'field ride', and finally, the assessment center in Prague, CZ. We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.

Interviews: February-May 2026
Field ride: After interviews
In-person Assessment Center: Exact day to be confirmed
Start Date: Start date flexible between June and October 2026, depending on your availability
