🏢 Description of the Department/Project:
The C&SP (Cloud & Service Providers) Solution Center in Iberia is a specialized organization focused on the development, tendering, and execution of complex Data Center projects for key customers across the region. The team plays a critical role in supporting the growth of the Data Center business by delivering engineered solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of performance, reliability, sustainability, cost, and delivery timelines.

The department works closely with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and external partners, covering the full project lifecycle-from early tendering and proposal preparation to project execution and final delivery. Projects typically involve high levels of technical complexity, strict schedules, and demanding quality and compliance standards.

Within this environment, the team is responsible for contributing to competitive tenders, supporting project execution activities, coordinating information flows, and ensuring alignment between commercial, technical, and execution objectives. The role offers exposure to real projects in a fast-growing market segment, providing an excellent learning platform for developing technical, organizational, and project-related skills in the Data Center industry.

🚀 What will you do?
As a Junior member of the C&SP Solution Center, you will support the team in both Tendering and Project Execution activities for Data Center projects in Iberia. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will progressively develop technical, organizational, and project management skills while contributing to real customer projects.

What will you learn?

Your main responsibilities will include:

Tendering Support
* Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
* Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation aligned with customer requirements.
* Participate in internal tender reviews to ensure completeness, competitiveness, and alignment with company standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of tendering tools, templates, and lessons learned.

Project Execution Support
* Support Project Managers during the execution phase, helping track milestones, deliverables, and key actions.
* Assist in the coordination between engineering, procurement, site teams, and external partners.
* Help monitor project progress, including schedule adherence, risks, and issues, and support the preparation of project reports and dashboards.
* Participate in project meetings (internal and with customers).
* Support documentation management, ensuring project records are properly maintained and aligned with quality and compliance requirements.

Learning and Development
* Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of Data Center projects, from tendering to handover.
* Develop a strong understanding of Data Center solutions, project execution processes, and internal tools.
* Actively participate in knowledge-sharing, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Solution Center.
* Learn project execution fundamentals such as planning, milestone tracking, risk awareness, and coordination across functions.
* Develop practical skills in working with multidisciplinary teams (sales, engineering, supply chain, project management).
* Become familiar with internal tools, processes, quality standards, and reporting methods used in complex projects.
* Build strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills in a professional project environment.

🔍 If you are:
* Fresh graduate in Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Energy or similar).
* Recent graduate or early-career professional (junior profile).
* Be able to start a 1-year program in June 2026.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Hard Skills
* Basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts related to infrastructure or projects.
* Interest in Data Center solutions and project environments.
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Ability to understand technical documentation and structured processes.
