Profile Requirements
* Final-year students or recent graduates (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Management, Law, STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), or related areas;
* High-potential young professionals with a strong sense of responsibility and interest in process-driven, quality-focused and efficiency-oriented environments;
* Strong teamwork skills, analytical thinking, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset;
* Motivation to work in an international environment and within an evolving managed services model;
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
