Over 24 months, you will join a specialised or rotational development journey designed to accelerate your early career. You will work on real projects, collaborate with colleagues across functions and build practical experience in a fast-moving, global technology environment.
We are looking for graduates who are ready to learn, challenge ideas, solve problems and make an impact.

* Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive mindset and a flexible approach to new challenges and environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in diverse and cross-functional teams.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* A BEng/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences.
* A BCom/ BBA degree in Marketing Management
* A bachelor's degree in Information Technology
* Must have an academic average of a minimum of 65%
* Must be a recent 2026 graduate or graduating within the next 6 months.
* Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
