Reports to: PC&L Manager
Contract: 12 months contract as part of our Graduate program

Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) is a global player in the automotive industry and is represented in 25 countries, operating 77 sites, with 7 R&D centres and employs 21 500 employees worldwide. FCM South Africa is looking for a Production Graduate to be based at our plant in Port Elizabeth.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To establish and improve work standards and process flows.
The main missions of the role are to:
* Experience in setting up standards and implementing the required performance measures.
* Maintain site layouts, operational warehouse layouts to remain current and updated with all new changes to ensure sound work practices.
* Analysing and improving key business processes, work measurement, operational design and layout
* Feasibility studies which include data gathering and presenting the data to management in a well-structured report and presentation.
* Application of Industrial Engineering principles, lean methods and techniques & FES Principles
* Increase operating efficiencies and achieve potential costs saving initiatives.
* Provide implementing planning and tracking support

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* National Diploma or B-Tech in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management. 2025 Final year students' employment subject to official confirmation of qualification completion (or complete academic record) from institution.
* Computer literacy at Intermediate level essential.
* Have a sound understanding of industrial engineering principles and particular interest in supply chain & logistics.
* A detail orientated person with analytical abilities and a structured and methodological way. Dynamic and proactive behaviour.
* Aged between 18-35.
* Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before.
