* Duration: 2 years.

* Full time position.

* The candidate will join our Digital & IT Global Hub in Madrid.

* Rotations in different departments such as Business Technology (Marketing and Sales) Corporate Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation services...

* Mentor support and ongoing training.

* Access to JTI Internal Vacancies.

* Location: Madrid

* Start date: September 2026

What will you do - Responsibilities:

Since this is a rotational program, tasks and knowledge areas will be varied. Graduates provide support in different Digital & IT departments: Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation services...

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

* Recent graduate or finishing university studies.

* Students or graduates from: Industrial engineering, Computer engineering or similar.

* Skills: proactivity, flexibility, positive attitude towards learning, results-oriented, and good communication.

* Language skills: fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Spanish (C1)
