* Medical & Scientific Affairs - Support scientific projects, medical insights, evidence generation, patient-focused initiatives, and cross-functional healthcare collaborations.

About the Graduate Programme
The Sanofi Spain Graduate Programme is a 12-month experience combined with a university-accredited course, allowing participants to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience at the same time.
Participants have the opportunity to:

* Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
* Develop technical and professional capabilities
* Build a strong foundation for a long-term career

What we're looking for
You don't need to have everything figured out - but you'll likely thrive in our Graduate Programme if you bring:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (completed within the last 3 years or graduating soon)
* Confidence working in English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
* Spanish language skills may be required for some opportunities
* Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A problem-solving mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges

Eligibility
Before applying, please ensure that:
* You have full right to work in Spain
* You are willing to undertake a university-accredited course alongside your role
* You are available to join opportunities starting from October 2026 onwards
* You are interested in exploring opportunities across different functions and teams
