Role and Responsibilities

What will this role achieve?
This role will contribute all product management activities in the company during product life cycle and bring the brand value into our Home Appliances market with analysis and all related intelligence. You will be able to coordinate the different projects and analyze various activities and result.

What will be the job scope?
* Market Analysis to read market trends and benchmark including competitors, market & product segments and different countries (Nordic).
* Manage and maintain all the master Excel files to keep everything in order in an effective way
* Support a category to drive its 4P Strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) across the Nordic
* Project planning and management in order to find the best approach to our customers and market upon analysis of target audience, market study and market feedback
* Maintain the business plan and follow-up and Support to identify growth opportunities, optimize business processes and find the best to inform the business decisions
* Analysis and projection for market and activities - create proactive initiatives and drive
* Continuously collaborating with supply chain management, sales team and marketing to deliver professional range planning and management.
* Develop and roll out a proper launch plan for the new models e.g. insure all model master is facilitated properly and product launch components are planned and followed-up

Skills and Qualifications

What do we need for this role?
We need you who are active, transparent, open for challenges but at the same time analytic, numeric and then structured. You are a true team player with a service driven and collaborative mindset. You are interested in consumer electronics industry, and extremely good at Excel and Powerpoint. Academic background or other higher education is an advantage, preferably with Business management, or civil engineering.
* Outstanding Numeric and analytical skills and exceptional drive to resolve issues
* Advanced Excel skills to manage and maintain master files effectively and efficiently
* Agile and flexible, reactive and proactive
* Willingness to be able to work with time sensitive deadlines
* High energy and passion for Home Appliances products
* High capacity for empathy and emotional intelligence management
* High ability to generate and distribute internal knowledge
