As an Early Career Trainee in the Business Operations department, you will gain hands-on experience in managing various stages of the installed base lifecycle, from asset registration to end-of-life. This is a 1 year contract Trainee position to be based in Ankara or Istanbul.
You will be responsible for entering customer information, warranties, and contracts into the Service ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate billing for all types of services. In this role, you will also support data remediation & updates, contribute to Channel Partner transitions in CRM-ServiceMax, participate in data cleanup, migration, and verification activities. You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across functions to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

The trainee will support day-to-day operational activities across contract management, billing, installed base accuracy, data analytics, and customer support while gaining hands-on experience with key business systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

Responsible to install base data entry, installed base creation, deletion or modification and provide data quality for assigned area.

Support the accuracy of the installed base database by working closely with field and sales teams.
*
Maintain, validate, and update operational datasets, including installed base and contract information.
*
Support data updates in Service CRM Service Max and contribute to seamless Channel Partner data transitions or clean up to drive system excellence.
*
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
*
Prepare operational dashboards, reports, data files and summaries for business needs.
*
Support the transition of distributors to the Channel Partner Service Max platform through data preparation and cleanup activities.
*
Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth data and process migration.
*
Participate in standardization and process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
*
Participate in Business Operations activities such as contract, non-contract management and billing…etc to increase experience.
*
Complete all Quality and Compliance training within required timelines.
*
Adhere to company Quality Manuals, Quality Management Systems, policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
*
Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective actions when needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
*
Solid command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup functions, data validation).
*
Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
*
Strong communication and organizational skills.
*
Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, Salesforce or Service Max.
*
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage multiple tasks.
