* Partner with the Corporate Affairs team on major announcements, key product launches, and brand activations-all designed to tell a comprehensive tech innovation story underpinned by Al.
* Draft content and contribute to internal and external communications with an eye for clear, compelling storytelling
* Conduct light research, assist with planning documents, and prepare briefing materials as needed for executive-level engagement.
* Work collaboratively across the Corporate Affairs team and with partners in Marketing, Sales, Product, and Strategic Commercial and Community Partnerships to ensure alignment and impact.
This programme is designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience from day one, with structured onboarding, regular coaching and feedback, mentoring from experienced content and social professionals, a personalised development plan, and the support and space to learn, ask questions and grow. By the end of the programme, you will have built a strong foundation in content and social marketing, gained confidence analysing performance and audience engagement, and created a portfolio of work showcasing your creativity, storytelling and marketing skills.
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's in business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
* A solid writer who's confident in their ability to shape messaging with clarity and impact.
* Someone with emerging business maturity, curiosity, and a keen desire to understand how communications drives business outcomes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
* A natural collaborator who enjoys building relationships, learning from others, and contributing to a team culture of excellence.
* Comfortable with hybrid work and able to be onsite at Ponce City Market three times a week (days are flexible within the workweek).
* Enthusiasm for innovation, tech, and storytelling that moves people to act.
What you can expect from the process:
* Apply online with your CV
* Complete screening, cognitive testing and video interview
