* Responsible for supporting and learning about ISS AI projects, eService business operations, and related channels.
* To help the team optimize their business processes, workflows, and decision-making efficiency using AI technologies: Key tasks include assisting in the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, participating in cross-functional project deliverables (e.g., requirement alignment, testing support), and collaborating closely with local and remote teams to optimize platform functionality, improve service efficiency, and enhance user experience.
* Creating automated processing systems: AI Data Analysts design systems that can handle large volumes of data efficiently.
* Creating visual reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers: AI Data Analysts present insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) visually to stakeholders.
