About this Position

Support global AI initiatives with a strong focus on building and scaling AI-powered processes and workflows used in daily business. Contribute to AI upskilling activities, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you´ll do

* Build and implement AI-powered processes and workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Agent Builder
* Translate business needs into working automations, agents, and reusable workflow solutions
* Prepare and present implemented use cases, workflows, and impact to stakeholders
* Support AI upskilling activities and create practical content based on real use cases and workflows
* Collaborate with global teams (digital, sales, marketing, strategy) to identify, build, and implement high-impact AI use cases
* Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and embedded into daily business processes

What makes you a good fit

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Business, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or similar
* Hands-on experience building automations or AI solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, APIs or similar tools
* Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical processes, workflows, and solutions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to present solutions clearly to business stakeholders
* Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power Platform is a strong advantage
* Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and automation with focus on practical application in business processes
* High level of ownership and hands-on, execution-driven and fast prototyping mindset
* Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a global environment
