Sales Support Internship (m/f/d)

In addition to your studies, Deutsche Telekom Business Solutions GmbH offers you the opportunity to build up your professional skills in a 12 to 18-month internship, gain diverse experience in the sales environment in an international team of an internationally active group and establish contacts with potential future employers.

About us:
Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom and employs around 70 people in Austria. DTGBS bundles all telecommunications services - the connection and networking of company locations, for example via MPLS, SD-WAN and LAN/WAN in general. We are the Competence Center for Aruba and Versa SD-WAN within Deutsche Telekom. A small unit that is primarily concerned with networking global companies. Our customers include large Austrian companies, DAX companies and many major international corporations. DTGBS sees it as its task to support international companies on their transformation from classic MPLS to an application-optimized infrastructure. We support our customers from finding solutions to implementation in the areas, network connection (underlay) to dynamic routing using SD-WAN (overlay) to security issues and thus cover the full SASE story.

Tasks:
· Supporting our international sales team in a variety of ways and with various projects in calculating costs, submitting offers and ordering
· Attendance at customer meetings
· CRM maintenance and administration
· Preparation of presentations and training materials
· Preparation of reports

profile:
· Study with an economic and/or IT orientation
· Enjoyment and interest in modern technology in the IT environment
· Communicative personality with a high level of service and customer orientation
· Very good English language skills
· High level of self-sufficiency

For legal reasons, we refer to the minimum annual salary of EUR35,916.72 for full-time employment (38.5 hours) under the collective agreement. The final salary is, of course, based on your individual experience.
