Responsibilities
* Arrange all interviews and ensure all feedbacks are received
* Manage and organize recruitment process through B welcome tool
* Assist with general administration
* Maintain new employees file
* Send first day emails to new joiners (manuals and forms)
* Assist with graduates, job shadows, internships programs
* Liaise with location HRBP's / Office Manager and or other departments such as Admin and Travel-desk, to arrange re-location assistance including work/entry permits for new joiners/transfers
Skills And Competencies
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
* Fresh graduate holding business management or HR degree's
* Previous experience in HR is preferred
* Attention to detail
* Professional and reliable
* Strict confidentiality
