We are looking for talented interns to join our Payroll/Compensation & Benefits Team within our Human Resources department. As a member of the HR team at PwC Belgium, you will work alongside a diverse group of HR professionals, each bringing unique talents and expertise to the table.
Your impact
* You'll be part of the reward team helping with the mobility offering to ensure a smooth employee experience;
* You'll provide support for our flexible income plan;
* You'll assist our reward team in handling the insurances by doing data quality checks;
* You'll support the reward team to update our intranet on all reward - payroll topics;
* You'll provide support to the payroll team in handling employee request;
* You'll assist in the payroll related administration and the preparation of the monthly payroll;
* You'll be a content contributor in the process description process in which all payroll and reward related processes are fully described
About you
* You're a final-year Bachelor or Master's student in Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field and you're eager to learn more about the HR world;
* You're looking for a school internship for at least 3 months as of September 2025;
* You're able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and/or French and English;
* You're enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people;
* You have good organizational skills and a hands-on mentality;
* You have good interpersonal and communication skills;
* You're familiar with the Google Suite/MS Office applications;
* You have a good digital understanding and the ability to use technology;
* You're capable of adapting easily in a constantly changing environment.
