Intern Research Associate

As part of our Professional Search team in Brussels, we are looking for a Research Associate Intern to support ongoing search assignments and gain hands-on experience in a high-level consulting environment.

Your role
As a Research Associate Intern, you will work closely with Research Associates and Consultants, supporting the execution of professional and executive search assignments across various industries.

Your key responsibilities will include
* Supporting search projects at different stages of the search process
* Conducting market research and talent mapping to identify target companies and potential candidates
* Identifying and sourcing candidates under the guidance of the team
* Supporting the preparation of search-related documents (progress reports, candidate summaries, etc.)
* Managing and maintaining accurate market, client, and candidate information in internal systems
* Assisting with interview coordination and general project support when needed
* Ensuring high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times

Your profile
* Currently a Master's student (HR, Psychology, Business, Management, or related field)
* Available for a minimum of 4 months
* Based in Belgium and able to work from the Brussels office on a full-time basis
* Strongly interested in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, HR
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized
* A proactive and reliable team player with a strong professional attitude
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools
* Fluent English is mandatory (French and/or Dutch are a plus)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
