Description & Requirements

Based in São Paulo, responsible for all of South and Central America, the Treasury and Accounts Receivable areas of Bloomberg LATAM are part of Bloomberg LP Global Finance and SAP Solutions Time. The Accounts Receivable team is responsible for managing the company's receivables and the Treasury area is responsible for cash management, ensuring the banking structures for the delivery of payments.

We'll trust you to:

* Monitor and update inter-departmental calls and requests.
* Organize, update, redistribute and store tax, corporate and spreadsheet documents.
* Maintenance and updating of the Bloomberg system.
* Monitor the sending and receiving of remittances of internal and external documents.
* Contact with companies and suppliers from Latin American countries.
Skills that will be acquired throughout the internship:

* Bloomberg systems, SAP and office package.
* Constant learning.
* Sense of urgency and meeting deadlines.
